Michael Wildes’ journey from litigation to politics!

From being one of the most successful immigration lawyers in the country to becoming a highly anticipated politician, Michael Wildes’ professional journey has been amazing.

He started his career by working with NYPD as an Auxiliary Police Officer, a post that he served for 10 years. After stepping into a career in litigation, Michael soon gained popularity for successful handling of immigration cases for high-profile celebrities like Stefania Fernandez (Former Miss Universe, 2009) and Pele (the Soccer Superstar), to name a few.

Michael successfully served two full-terms on the Englewood, NJ, City Counsel, before he was elected as the Mayor of the district in the year 2003.  Michael was re-elected on the same post in the subsequent election in November 2006, reflecting his popularity amongst people.

Michael was also listed by the DLC (Democratic Leadership Council) as one of the ‘100 National Up and Coming Leaders to Watch’.
